A resident of the western Mexican city of Colima walks among the rubble of a building destroyed by a 7.6 quake, January 22, 2003. The strong quake, which struck just after 8pm January 21 with an epicenter off the coast of the state of Colima, left 23 people dead and destroyed several houses in the center of the state capital, and was felt in a large part of the country.
